The first is ClickBank, and the other is Commission Junction, plus many more. You go to any of them, sign up free then pick any of the products you feel comfortable marketing.

Each product resource box will inform you of how much commission you'll receive, and you'll be assigned a unique affiliate ID, that will be embedded into a link. This is the link which you promote to send traffic to the sales page. For each customer that makes a purchase through your efforts, you'll be credited with your commission, and a check will be sent to you after 2 weeks.
